Standard Return & Refund Policy
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind that all returns must be unused, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. If packaging is not available, your item cannot be processed for a return.
Returns due to change of mind are subject to 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. Buyer are advice to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for their return. Shipping fee (if any) for the original purchase are non-refundable. Extended warranty fee (if any) are non-refundable.
If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please contact us within 7 days by email info@nijimaya.com or sales@nijimaya.com or give us a call 323-366-0220 (8am-5pm PST) with your order number for us to arrange replacement free of charge.
If your order is shipped by a local truck carrier, and is damaged, be sure to indicate this on the delivery receipt when you sign to accept the furniture. If the package is significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
